Mangos Packing

This example is used in classified packing of all kinds of fruit such as mango, papaya, guava etc. The procedure is transporting the agricultural products in plastic basket from ground to tabletop by incline conveyor for the purpose of weighting, classification and packing.

This inclined conveyor adopted HONGSBELT® modular belt with 25mm height flight and drags the agricultural products that weight over 20~30kg to the belt directly in transporting procedure. HONGSBELT® modular conveyor belt must bear the tests of Instant impact, Heavy friction and the transient tension which resulted from high loading operation, and it can still transport easily.
